Naturally calming! Natural antiseptic and cicatrisant!
ANXIETY, STRESS, INSOMNIA, DEPRESSION: Put 5 drops on each forearm and rub using wrists. Repeat 3x, at 15 to 20 minute intervals. If needed, put a drop under the tongue at bedtime.
RELAXING BATH: Emulsify 20 drops in an egg yolk (or neutral liquid soap) and pour in running water.
CUTS (antiseptic and cicatrisant): Apply locally directly to the skin. Repeat several times.
FLEAS, LICE, MITES (preventatively): Spray a few drops of lavender where necessary.
MASSAGE OIL: Add about 25 drops to about 100 ml. of grape seed oil (or other).
IN A DIFFUSER: Put 10 to 20 drops in a diffuser.
NEWBORN BABY COLIC: Put 10 drops in 1 tsp. of olive oil and massage the baby’s belly as often as necessary.
