Diffusion: put 15-20 drops in your diffuser.

Cutaneous: apply 2-3 drops to the inside of the wrists and massage to penetrate.

• Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
• Sweet orange zest (Citrus sinensis zest)
• Ylang ylang (Cananga odorata)
• Litsea or May Chang (Litsea citrata)
