Grapefruit seed extract

Laboratory-prepared grapefruit seed extract comes from the seeds, pulp and white membranes of the pomelo (Citrus paradisii) mixed with glycerin. Although its antibacterial and antifungal effects are disputed, grapefruit seed extract is still often used in the manufacturing of body care products.

Recommended dosage: 0.1 to 1%.
