Use
Clay paste preparation: Pour a quantity of green clay powder into a glass container and gradually add water, stirring with a wooden spatula until a smooth, homogeneous paste is obtained. Adjust paste consistency according to desired use.
- As a beauty mask: Apply a thin layer of clay paste to a clean, dry face and neck, avoiding the contour of the eyes and lips. Leave on for around 10-15 minutes, without letting the mask dry on the skin. Rinse with lukewarm water, then dry skin gently with a cotton towel. Follow with a moisturizing cream.
- As a cataplasm: Apply clay paste to a natural fabric and spread with a non-metallic spatula to a thickness of 2-3 cm. Apply the poultice, leaving the clay in direct contact with the skin, and hold it loosely in place with a bandage. Leave the poultice on for at least an hour, without allowing it to dry, then remove it. Discard the clay just used.
- In the bath to soften the skin: Pour one or two teaspoons of superfine clay into a large glass of spring water, stir with a non-metallic spatula, then add the resulting mixture to the bath water. This purifying bath softens the skin while providing a pleasant sensation of relaxation.
Clay water preparation: Fill half a glass with filtered water and pour in 1 teaspoon of green clay powder. Stir with a non-metallic spoon. Let the clay settle to the bottom of the glass before using.
