Rhassoul clay

Hardly known in the West but widely used by Moroccans, the rhassoul (pronounced rah-sool) clay is gentle and when blended with water, will form light suds. By adding a few drops of essential oils, it can thus be used to wash both body and hair or to make masks. This clay is very rich in silica and magnesium.
