Aromatherapy-bis: A guide to hydrolats. How to exploit its many resources

Known for a long time and after periods of graceful returns and total eclipses, hydrolat is finally beginning to take its place on a long-term basis.

Being the other product of steam distillation, it benefits from the popularity of essential oils by complementing them or by bringing its own answers when those of essential oils could be too strong and/or unsuitable.

Without forgetting that the hydrolat has an original personality either very close to the essential oil, or vaguely similar and sometimes even very different.
Knowledge of its molecular complexity is therefore an essential prerequisite for a clear definition that will enable the reader to discover its various modes of use as well as its properties and indications, which are as numerous as they are unexpected.
