Black spruce hydrosol is a cordial that helps tackle seasonal changes: simply put 30 ml in 1.5 litres of pure water, and drink this mixture throughout the day for 3 weeks. When used alone or together with mint hydrosol, it makes for a great body mist and aftershave tonic. As it is very stable, it can easily be stored in cool place for up to two years. Due to the fragility of hydrosols, we recommend keeping them refrigerated.
