Contraindications: Do not use orally with infants that are less than 30 months old (laryngeal spasms). Do not use externally, except locally (glacial effect).

HEAD : pour 6 to 10 drops in the palm of your hand, tilt your head forward to prevent the oil from dripping into your eyes. Apply to forehead and temples. Repeat as needed. Combined with basil essential oil, it becomes a very precious pain reliever.
BREATH: a trace on the tongue, fresh breath guaranteed!
INDIGESTIONS, NOSES AND VOMITINGS: take 2-3 drops in ¼ tsp of olive oil. Repeat as needed up to 5 times/day.
PAIN: apply a few drops locally and repeat as needed.
HEAVY LEGS: dermal, 10 -12 drops in 1 tbsp. olive oil
Insect Bites (to soothe the itching): 1 drop locally. It can also be combined with the essential oil of true lavender.
Nasal congestion: pour a few drops on paper and inhale or put a drop on the tongue.
SUNBREAK: add 5 -7 drops to a teaspoon of moisturizer. Apply to reddened skin.
BURN: apply a few drops to the affected area for almost immediate relief. Combined with lavender to promote healing and prevent infection.
