Properties: analgesic, intestinal and urinary anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, cholagogue/choleretic bactericide, decongestant (bronchial tubes), prostatic decongestant, fungicide, hepato-stimulant, litholytic, stimulant (of the central nervous system), cardiac tonic, digestive tonic, viricidal.
Indications : aphta, arthritis, osteoarthritis, asthenia, inflammatory colitis, nasal congestion, menstrual cramps, diabetes, difficult digestion, pain, headaches, hot flushes, eczema, anal fissure, hemorrhoids, herpes, laryngitis, biliary and renal lithiasis, lumbago, Crohn’s disease, menopause, headache, migraine, nausea, neuralgia, psoriasis, sciatica, sinusitis, gallstone, irritable bowel syndrome, premenstrual syndrome, ringworm, tennis elbow, torticollis, learning disability, ulcer, vomiting, shingles.
Contraindications: babies before 30 months by oral route (laryngeal spasms). In external use, except localized (glacial effect).

HEAD : pour 6 to 10 drops in the palm of your hand, tilt your head forward to prevent the oil from dripping into your eyes. Apply to forehead and temples. Repeat as needed. Combined with basil essential oil, it becomes a very precious pain reliever.
BREATH: a trace on the tongue, fresh breath guaranteed!
INDIGESTIONS, NOSES AND VOMITINGS: take 2-3 drops in ¼ tsp of olive oil. Repeat as needed up to 5 times/day.
PAIN: apply a few drops locally and repeat as needed.
HEAVY LEGS: dermal, 10 -12 drops in 1 tbsp. olive oil
Insect Bites (to soothe the itching): 1 drop locally. It can also be combined with the essential oil of true lavender.
Nasal congestion: pour a few drops on paper and inhale or put a drop on the tongue.
SUNBREAK: add 5 -7 drops to a teaspoon of moisturizer. Apply to reddened skin.
BURN: apply a few drops to the affected area for almost immediate relief. Combined with lavender to promote healing and prevent infection.
