Origin : Provence

Properties: anticoagulant, antidepressant, antipruritic, antispasmodic, anxiolytic, anti-inflammatory, anti-lice, bactericidal, calming, healing, hypotensive, cardiac tonic, nervous tonic.

Indications: Anxiety, nervousness, skin injury, burning, headache, colic, sunburn, muscle cramps, panic attacks, depression, muscle sprain, muscle twitching, eczema, insomnia, headaches, migraine, otitis, earache, phlebitis, lice, insect bites, pruritus, psoriasis, sinusitis, stress, tachycardia, torticollis, varicose ulcers.

Contraindications: None at physiological doses.

LAVANDULA ANGUSTIFOLIA… SOME IDEAS FOR USE:

Natural Calming!   Antiseptic and natural Healing!

anxiety, STRESS, insomnia, depression: Pour 5 drops on each forearm and rub with the wrists.  Repeat 3x, at intervals of 15 to 20 minutes.  If necessary, pour a drop under the tongue at bedtime.

Relaxing Bath: emulsify 20 drops in an egg yolk (or neutral liquid soap) and pour under the water spray.

cuts (Antiseptic and healing): Apply locally directly to the skin. Repeat several times.

fleas, lice, mites (in prevention): Spray a few drops of lavender where necessary.

MASSAGE Oil: Add about 25 drops to about 100 ml of grape seed oil (or another).

broadcast: Put 10 to 20 drops in a diffuser.

Infant colic: Put 10 drops in 1 tsp of olive oil and massage the baby’s belly as often as necessary.
